Eric said his vehicle was returned in an unfinished state. He was told it was finished and just needed to be cleaned up, but the next day he called several times to find out when his vehicle would be ready and they did not return his calls. Once he was told it would be ready after 3 pm he had his wife pick it up after 4 pm. She was told it wasn?t ready because they lost a bumper insert. He said he was more upset about them lying about the vehicle being ready than that they lost the insert. The part was ordered and painted, but he has concerns that the insert won?t blend with the rest of the bumper. He plans to stop by tomorrow morning to pick up the part, but he can?t leave his vehicle there because he has plans. He would have rated the way he was treated higher if they hadn?t lied to him and the communication were better. His vehicle was ready 3 days later than promised because Japan wasn?t able to keep up with the parts demand. He would not recommend this business for the above reasons.
