Spoke with Katrina. She said the reason she rated them a 4 on how they treated her is because it was over a 2 week wait on the waiting list and they were not attentive to her questions and concerns. There was also a bad communication with the insurance company and this business because of the rental. She had to get the manager involved in which he did an amazing job. She chose not to elaborate with more details about the communication issue. She said she does not know if the vehicle was or wasn't ready because the insurance company asked for an extension and she didn't know the reason why. Other than that she has been to the related dealership and she always had good service there.
