Glenn said the vehicle was 1 hour late. It had been promised at or before 12:00 pm, but was not ready until 1:00 pm. He ended up having to wait at this business during this time because he was not called and told what was happening. Because of this he rated the way he was treated by the shop as a 3. The business did a good job with the paint work, but his vehicle was returned to him with the fender scratched. A 4 inch by 6 inch area had 10 to 20 surface scratches. He said this was caused by the wash cloths used. In the future he would not let this business wash his vehicle. Carmen was very good and he would give him a 5 out of 5.
