The only thing lacking this time was fresh coffee in the waiting area. If that is the worst I can complain about.......I have to give 5 stars

I would first of all like to apologize for not having fresh coffee.  I will be sure to look into how that happened, because we strive to always maintain the beverages in the waiting areas.
