Very professional and friendly.
I was greeted with a friendly smile and accommodating manner. The car was given the required services in a timely manner , even after being told that it might take longer than usual due to staffing shortages. The service manger checked on my warranty to see whether or not the service was complementary. It was not and told this before service began.. I appreciated him taking the checking on this .
The car was serviced and washed and I was escorted to my vehicle upon completion.
