Ryan said the vehicle is running just fine, but he needs to bring it back because he forgot to ask for an oil change. He said Jim is honest to a fault. There was once an occasion where he could have easily charged him up to $1,200 for work, but instead he told him it was an unnecessary service. He is very up front and quick. He has recommend Jim before and he will go back as long as he is in business.
