I wish Pecheles would offer a car wash as part of the service without my having to ask for it. Service provided was excellent and service provider friendly and helpful.

"Addressed my concerns"
My engine "malfunction" light went on and I was really worried something was seriously wrong with my 2012 Accent. They got me in right away and checked it out. They assured me that all was okay and my vehicle merely needed a technical update. The folks were great including the shuttle driver that took me back and forth from work.

Matthew did a great job of advising me of the status of the car, what they could take care of under the recalls, and warranty. Then his advise on the transmission maintenance and other areas that needed to be looked at. Very good service! Thanks!

"Good Cars, Slow Service"
I love my Hyundai Elantra, but every time I take it in for regular maintenance or inspection it takes a very long time to complete. The people are very friendly though at times I've been pressured to do some things before it was necessary, like new tires or a new timing belt.
