Quality product + quality service
I'm on my 3rd Hyundai Sonata and love them! I enjoy the features the car has and it drives beautifully. I use the 2 year/25,000 miles service. I might would use their service more often, but I live in a different county (25 miles away) so it is very inconvenient to go to the dealership for service. The service department staff are courteous, helpful, and do an excellent job.

Everyone was great and eager to please.
They make you feel welcome and go out of their way to correct was is wrong in a timely manner. Explains what is wrong and checks to make sure you are not paying for something that is under the warranty. Mechanic was the best.

Joe Pecheles is a class act. When you are not happy, they will investigate and make it right.
Just had the Santa Fe in for recurring problem, turn signals! Unknown if it is just my 2012 Santa Fe Limited, however, ever since my purchase in May of 2012, there has been a problem with moisture - condensation in the headlamps and taillights. It became an issue after the warranty expired and the turn signals on the passenger side starting blinking fast. Pecheles service drained the built up moisture and advise that eventually I would need a new headlamp assembly. The cost incurred was in excess of $700... It has been fixed, but there is still the moisture problem, and this last visit was the rear passenger turn signal. They just replaced the bulbs, and are working fine now, still moisture. I will wait and see..
