Michelle said she got to her appointment at this business and the staff did not know what kind of oil her vehicle took. When they gave her vehicle back, the check engine light was still on. They told her the light was reset and they could not explain why it was still on.

"somewhat people friendly."
I just want to say that you guys do a beautiful job working on my car everytime. It just seems the the prices keeps going higher and higher. If I'm going to spend little money on my car , I would like to see a little more friendly and a walk around my car for future work that should be done to it. Being in the service industry I do it everyday.

Jim said he has been going to this business for a while, and usually they are great. This last time he did have some problems. After he left, he received a call from the mechanic saying to come back because he was not sure that he finished the work on his vehicle. He said it concerned him that he left without the work being done, but does appreciate that they made sure to call him and get him back right away. He also appreciated that this business admitted that they might have not finished the work.
