Kathleen said she received good customer service at this business. Her vehicle was in and out in a timely manner. They gave her a rose at the end of the process when she picked up her vehicle, which was a nice touch. Their location was good, being close to where she works. She was absolutely satisfied with the body work. She was not given a promise of time. She was not in a hurry for it. Her vehicle was returned in a very clean condition. She found out about them on the internet. Everyone was really friendly and easy to work with. She said she was really happy with the experience.

Laxmi said he had called the business to make an appointment 4 weeks in advance. He had asked if they could get it done in one day and they had told him yes. When the day of service came, it took them 2 days to finish the vehicle. This caused him to have to make last minute plans for a back up vehicle.

Sankarkumar said her vehicle was delayed by two weeks because they received the wrong part. They were able to coordinate everything with the rental agency and the insurance company. His only other concern was when he got his vehicle back, he noticed the tires were low. When he brought the issue up and asked them to check the tires again, they told him it would be fine. A couple of days later, the tires still looked low so he took his vehicle to another facility that was able to let him know that this business had underinflated his tires.
