Spoke with Eric. He said the business did a good job. The repairs took an extra 2 or 3 days. He was told Friday but he did not get his vehicle until Tuesday. He was not kept updated on the repair work and there was a lack of communication.

Marianne said she had an appointment for 11:00 am but had to wait 15 minutes. The portion of her vehicle in front of the clips that were replaced was not repaired. She was promised her vehicle would be ready on July 3rd but the business was closed on that date. She has seen a better appearance provided by other businesses.

Sara said her vehicle was not ready until a day after it was promised because they had to repaint the vehicle. The price she ended up paying was $200 more than she was originally quoted on the phone. The vehicle was clean on the outside when they gave it back to her, but not the inside. It cost her an extra 2 hours to get the rental vehicle that she would not have had to spend if the vehicle had been done on time because she had to wait for the rental agency to pick her up, drive all the way to the rental agency and then drive the vehicle back home in rush hour traffic. For the reasons specified, she would not recommend this business.
