Ken said there was something minor he did not like. They replaced the bumper and it is not high enough. They used an old one and there is a gap. The paint work is perfect. It took an extra 3 days because one of the workers had a family emergency. He asked them to detail it and it was not as clean as he expected. The windshield was not as clean as he expected and there are coffee spots on the gear shift. He has been telling all his friends to go to this business. It is faster than the other place.

Meliza said the business kept delaying the vehicle multiple times so much so the vehicle was there a month. A week after taking it home, she had to take the vehicle back to the business because there were many problems with it. One delay was because of a mistake in the painting. They lied about the other delay because it was ready.

Spoke with Rajiv. He said this business did not want to negotiate the price or accept his coupon as other like businesses have done in the past. Dustin was very nice and did a good job. The work was done well. They eventually accepted his coupon. He would tell other people to price compare before choosing a repair facility.
