Spoke with David's wife. She said the staff was really quick to get things done. They were very professional and took care of everything right away. She did not have any paint work performed. Jill was really great. She was very confident and knew her stuff. They had a great experience.

Lisa said this business was excellent. They were really super helpful and conscientious. They went out of their way to help her with getting it done soon. They helped her with follow up questions. Dustin was great but Jose was outstanding. He went out of his way to help her glue on her mirrors so her wait time would be minimized.

Meghan said she was not satisfied with her experience. Her vehicle was delayed by one week. She sent an email asking if she could drop her vehicle off on Tuesday instead of Monday and was told it would be okay. On Tuesday, when she went to drop her vehicle off, she was told that she couldn't drop it off because they would end up having it over the weekend. She asked to talk with the person who emailed her saying it was okay and the employees told her he wasn't there. She was not happy with the courtesy or professionalism of the personnel because the staff was terrible and they made her feel incredibly unimportant. She ended up having to get a rental vehicle for the week. She would not recommend this facility for the reasons already stated.

Roelof said he was disappointed in how things were done and the repair took a long time. It took 4 weeks and he had to call all the time. The reason it was late was partly because of the insurance company and partly because they ordered the wrong part. When he received his vehicle, there were scratches on it that were not there before and the door handle was damaged. He was somewhat satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel. He was not happy. He made an appointment to take it back and they told him he could bring it back between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. When his daughter took it in, the person that was going to look at it was gone to lunch. They did not get back before 3:00 pm and she could not wait any longer. There is a problem with the management.
