Spoke with Debbie. She said the business got her parts in for her vehicle, they repaired it promptly, they were polite and efficient. She didn't get any paint work done, it was done the same day and it was done quicker than promised. It was an easy job, it was important that it was done quickly because she had her 2 year old granddaughter with her. They were wonderful, they were very helpful with the 2 year old, they were just engaging with her and chatted with her. She had work done with them before.

Jill said that the estimator was not pleasant and rough with her language. She felt like she was being interrogated or on trial when her vehicle was being inspected. The staff told her that they could only use used parts not factory oem parts for cost savings. Jill's sister informed her that this information is not correct. Her vehicle was four days late because of parts delays. The delay of her vehicle caused the repairs to be completed while she was out of town with her whole family. She was told that she would have to pay out of pocket for the rental vehicle for each day that it was not returned, so she had to contact her ex husband to return the vehicle. When she arrived at the facility to pick up her vehicle a male office staff member was arguing with another customer causing her to wonder what was going on with this location. This facility was one of the insurance approved locations for repairs. Jill chose it because she had used the facility as a teen and because her sister uses this location in her professional capacity. Her sister works in the automotive industry.

Scott said Jose did a good job at communicating. They had a delay so they stepped up and got him a rental that helped with the inconvenience. His vehicle was a week delayed due to a scratch they had accidentally made while installing a part. They had to repaint the vehicle.

Spoke with Matt. He said the experience was very easy. He stated the staff completed the job as they said they would, and they kept in communication the whole time. He noted the paint blends nicely, and the vehicle was returned in a very clean condition. The repairs ran three or four days over schedule because they got backed up. He did not see the place of business as his wife was the one who dropped off and picked up the vehicle.
