Spoke with Jennifer. She said it took the staff longer than she expected for the repairs to her vehicle. Her vehicle was delayed a couple of weeks because of the parts. The personnel at this business were excellent, they were a pleasure to deal with. This was the best auto body experience that she ever had.

Spoke with R. She said she was referred to this facility by the dealership a month after she purchased her vehicle. Everyone was really attentive when she brought her vehicle in and she was seen right away. Everything was explained to her. She had to take it back for something else that they had not worked on. They were busy, and the mechanic was nice enough to fix the problem, anyway. She said she thought they were spot-on, and she will continue to bring her vehicle in.

Adrienne said the business took a little longer then expected. She stated there was no big reason why, they just kept it another week and a half. She said her vehicle still had a little bit of dust inside. Everyone at the business was courteous but the staff never called her informing her on the vehicle not being ready, and it made it hard for her with the vehicle rental.

Jennifer said that the work took a really long time, and she didn't have continuous feedback. Things weren't done when she showed up, and they had a panel not completed when she was there. There was also a bag of pieces left in the vehicle, but she doesn't know what they go to. The staff had the vehicle close to 2 months and it was dusty on the inside. However, everybody greeted when she first came in.
