Feng said the air conditioning did not work, they took extra long to repair it and he took his vehicle back. It took a long time, he does not recall how much later and he called seven to eight times. He was told getting the parts caused the delay. They were mediocre, not friendly, or nice regarding his impression. He mentioned the delay he can understand, stuff happens, and he does not blame them, but people can make the difference.
