Anna said she took her vehicle to this business for a scratch on the door of the vehicle. The business fixed the door but when she got the vehicle back, there was a vibrating noise that has not stopped. She has taken her vehicle back to the business 5 or 6 times and the staff told her they cannot hear any vibrating noise, even though she can hear it clearly. She has already paid this business so now she does not want to come back because it is pointless if no one can fix it. She said she was satisfied with the courtesy of the personnel but thinks that they are not professional because no one has fixed the noise. She would not recommend this business for service because the problem has not been fixed and she has had to bring her vehicle back many times. She said she wishes this business could actually do a good job and contact the insurance company like they originally said they were going to see what they could do for her. The staff should at least be able to find what the problem is and let her know what is wrong with the vehicle.
