Keith said he rated his overall experience with the business a 4, because of the rental service with Enterprise. Keith stated Enterprise may not be the right fit for the business. Enterprise dropped the ball with his rental service. The repair service was about 45 minutes late. The delay was due to washing and detailing his vehicle. Keith stated when he called the business, the representative advised his repair service on his vehicle was completed. When he arrived, they were not completely finished because of the reasons above. He was definitely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel. He would definitely recommend the business for repair services.
