Spoke with Curt. He said he was not given a promised time. He also mentioned that there was a piece missing from the vehicle when he received it and he was accused of taking it, but it ended up being in a place in the vehicle where he could not get to. He did not elaborate further. He would have a really hard time recommending this business for service because they need to work on their people skills and this is the second incident that has occured where he was not happy about something.
