Ro said when she picked up her vehicle it was on a different radio station, the staff messed with her radio and this really bugged her. She had to wait for an hour for an estimate because she did not have an appointment. She saw staff members just standing around who could have done her estimate and been done in 5 minutes. She did appreciate the rose that was left in her vehicle when she picked it up.
