Teresa said this business had really good communication with her, which she appreciated. Her vehicle was not ready when promised due to the insurance company, so it was not their fault. They communicated with the insurance and kept her in the loop. She said the appearance of the place of business was great, she loved it, and they left snacks out in the morning, which was nice.
