Beverly said Bob went above and beyond for her and took care of everything. Bob called and explained everything, so she could understand it, and gave her a quote. He really knows how to treat a customer who does not know anything about mechanics. She said they should give Bob a raise and he gave her the best customer service she has ever had anywhere.
