Nobody in Savannah could take care of a recall on my 2008 Saab. It was worth the drive...remarkable service from the 1st phone call to make the appointment through picking it up when service was complete! They even drove me downtown while they worked on my car and picked me up when it was ready. NOBODY treats customers that well anymore!

"The employees demonstrate a knowledge not found in other Euriopean Service Centers and their pricing is much more reasonable"
I European Service Center handled my service needs in a prompt manner. The replacement of rear shocks was done properly and I had my vehicle in service within the day. They indicated several service recommendations and I appreciate that information.

I drove up from Savannah to get my airbag replaced due to a recall. Dan was very flexible in terms of scheduling and they offered to drive me into Charleston or the beach. The service was excellent Andy was great to find a place that services Saabs on a regular basis. The recall fix was free and the price for the 60,000 mile service was expected. The experience was excellent from start to finish ( they even washed my car). Thanks, Europro
