Jeff said Jan was very nice. David and Sean explained everything. The end product came out exactly the way promised. The paint was blended throughout. They did a nice job. They were absolutely professional, polite, good natured, and good humored. After the repairs, he went back for protective door pieces, but that was a small thing which was easy to miss. Management was very good about fulfilling responsibilities, including warranty work performed under prior management. They offered to fix a prior workmanship problem even if they had to re-do a whole side, which is what they ended up doing.
