William said he has to bring the vehicle back because one vent does not work. Also, he said the vehicle was screwed up when he came to pick it up and the person helping him caught it and chose not to give it to him until it was fixed correctly. He mentioned his vehicle was one week later than promised because of parts. Lastly, he stated that the person that handled his claim from start to finish did a wonderful job.
