Hermon said he never received any updates when he was told they would contact him throughout the entire process. He does not remember how much longer it took but it was delayed because they were waiting on parts to arrive. He also had trouble with the billing because they didn't know the insurance issued a payment directly to them for the repairs. They charged him his deductible before finding out his insurance company paid it off. He feels it was unprofessional and when they say something they are going to do, they should go on their words.
