Carlos said they are taking 2 months to repair something that should have only taken 1 day. No paint work was performed. He has taken his vehicle back twice to try to fix this problem. He did not specify how late his vehicle was but mentioned there were some parts delays. His vehicle was dirty when he received it and took it back to be cleaned. He was not satisfied with the professionalism of the personnel because the repair is taking so long. He is unsure if the appearance of the business met his expectations. The business ordered the wrong parts and blamed the insurance company. He is unsure if the business or insurance company is to blame for the delay. He would not recommend this business because of the reasons mentioned.
