Hi Mr Gil,
     I did my best to explain to you the guidelines outlined in you owners manual that services are performed by time OR mileage due to the fact the timing belt is rubber and age has more of a factor than mileage. Your battery was tested with a Hyundai tester and showed charge and retest due to the age of the battery is is always a strong recommendation to replace it rather that get stuck with the pending cold weather. Sorry your not happy with the guidelines from the manufacturer but these are the rules that all dealerships follow. Good luck with you future decisions.
