Mary said this business treated her poorly and would not fix her vehicle until it was out of warranty. They were disrespectful and used foul language. She has been trying to get a valve on her vehicle replaced for the past three years but they would not do it until this visit. Her transmission was damaged even though her vehicle only has 60,000 miles on it. She was told it would be a $6,000 repair because it was not in warranty. Her son presented them the documentation that proved this valve was faulty and should have been replaced but instead of looking at it they threatened to punch him in the face. They covered the passenger's seat in oil and stole all of the documents about her vehicle. She has purchased 12 vehicles total from them and has always had these problems. She is going to take legal action against them because of reasons stated. She suggested they should fix vehicles when they need it, be polite and treat their customers with respect.
