At first I was extremely pleased with the job the technician perfomend replacing my windshield. I'm a very fussy person and the quality of work was outstanding. However, the following weekend after washing my car I was drying the area under the hood when I noticed that the nut cap on the driver's side windsheild wiper didn't look quite right. It turns out that the original cap was replaced with a non-matching cap that was glued in place with window sealant. I had to go the the Nissan dealer and oder a new cap to replace the cap that was obviously lost and replaced. I didn't go back and confront the technician but was very disspointed that he didn't just come clean and tell me that he lost the original cap. I would have understood. I believe in integrity and in this case your technician didn't have any. The part cost me $5.00. It's really a shame that my perception of your establishment is now taintied over a $5 doller plastic cap.

Kevin,
I regret that our failure here has left you with a negative impression over what should have been a small and inexpensive fix on our part. I hope that you will consider us in the future.
Thanks,
Attention
