The receptionist should be more friendly and welcoming. I was not greeted at all when I came in for my oil change. I actually just had to say hey I need an oil change she did not acknowledge my presence at all. This is my second time visiting mcgrubbs and experiencing the same rudeness from the same lady. I only come to this one because it's the only one in hattiesburg. All I ask for is better customer service and this Hyundai would be a 10+ for me.
