Kelley said the service provided by the business took 3 days, instead of 1. It put him in a bind and he was unable to access another vehicle. They were reasonable and polite. They only had one part available and they had to order the rest. In the beginning he was told all of the parts were there. The service was excellent, they did a great job and he was very happy.
