Andrey said the whole experience took too long. He said they never followed up with him. He always had to call to find out anything. His check engine light came on afterward and no one ever called him back about it. He said the assistant manager left the company and the person that took his place was supposed to call him, but he never did. His vehicle was at least 15 days late and when it was returned it was still dirty and the dashboard was squeaking. He said there is a scratch on his back bumper that wasn't there before. He has purchased 6 vehicle from this business and his business partner has purchased vehicles from them. He said he has clients that go to this business, but he doesn't think he'll go back unless he hears something from them. He is considering going to Novi from now on. He said it's been a great disappointment.
