Clarence said his experience was horrible. He said he had to have them redo the paint twice. The third time was better than it had been, but there is still paint on a lot of areas where it shouldn't be. He said there is glue on the chrome pieces and some paint. There is overspray on the black areas. They had his vehicle for 6 weeks and he had to pay for the rental out-of-pocket for four and a half weeks because they only paid for one week. They did not given him a reason for the delay. He said he cannot believe they would allow his vehicle to be returned to him in the poor condition it was in. The paint was awful. There were swirls in the paint and there were areas that had not been buffed, so he just left the vehicle there. He said the second time he came to pick the vehicle up it was still bad and he left it again. The rest of the work was fine. He wasn't kept informed by the people doing the painting, but he was kept informed about the body work. He said the communication could have been better. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
