Dennis said this business was fine and in the end everything worked out. He had gone to the affiliated service department to have the repairs written up and it was there he had issues. The estimator he worked with who did the original estimate failed to write it up properly. He wrote it up, but did not write everything down, some of the work was only listed in his head. As a result some of the repairs were forgotten and not done the first time. He stated he does not have the time to bring the vehicle back two to three times. The estimator's attitude when he brought up the incomplete repair the first time he tried to pick up the vehicle was that it was not a big deal the work was not complete. It was a big deal to him though because it was his vehicle. The entire experience took too long, but the vehicle was ready when promised this past visit. He said he was not satisfied with the communication or kept adequately informed, but chose not to elaborate. He mentioned the other personnel were fine, but because of the estimator he dealt with, he was not satisfied with the way he was treated. He would not recommend this business because of the reasons already mentioned. He has used the affiliated sales and service departments before and did not get the attitudes that he now gets from the personnel at the business. He chose not to elaborate further.
