Vicki said the first time the work wasn't completed. Don's assistant left or quit. It left Don alone doing all of the work by himself. It was too much work for him. They put off doing the work for two weeks. There were some things Don wasn't happy with the second time. She had to bring her vehicle back a week later. He gave her a loaner vehicle. Don was very nice. He was just swamped with work. Finally everything is fine. She's happy with the work. There was no need for them to keep her informed during the process. She knew what was going on. She only worked with Don. She would recommend them but it would depend on how busy they are. Don is great.
