Kenneth said the facility did not stick up for him with the insurance company when they found additional issues with the electrical system. The lights on the dashboard worked before the accident, but not after the vehicle was serviced at the facility. He said the communication between different departments was mediocre and he was basically called a liar. He said it only takes one bad experience for him and he won't be coming back or recommending them to others.
