Carol said the staff went above and beyond to make them happy with the repair. The original repair was scheduled for two days for hail damage. The repair of the indentions was not completed until two weeks later. There was a malfunction with a piece of equipment at the facility. When the repair was completed and the vehicle was taken out into the light, indentions were pointed out which still needed to be resolved. These indentions were immediately resolved by the business.
