Christie said she's very upset because she had special cap on her radiator but after they worked on it, they must have taken it off and lost it. There is fluid leaking and they tried to tell her the rubber on her ball joint needed to be replaced as well. She had taken her vehicle to 2 other facilities and they did not see anything wrong.

Spoke with Mahshid's daughter. She said they were very unhappy with the service this business performed. The vehicle was not ready when promised and they were charged for services they did not need or receive.

Sorry that Mahshid was unhappy with the service provided.  I know there is a bit of a problem with communication, due to English being a second language, but we took care of his car as we would for anyone coming into our business.  The vehicle came in with engine light on and the A/C wasn't working. Codes were checked and it was determined that the valve cover gaskets, spark plugs and spark plug wires should be replaced. This was due to #4 cylinder misfire and #4 spark plug wire was soaked with oil.  The last time we saw this car was March 21, 2014, at that time it was recommended that this work be done. There was 1/2 hour labor charged to test the A/C system and customer was told there is a leak.  He declined further work, because he wanted his car back before we could service the system.  So, yes, the engine check light was taken care of with the repairs. The A/C system was not serviced because he declined further work and he was only charged for the time to test the system.

Ahmad said he brought his vehicle to this business because he noticed that it was overheating. He said this business told him that the repairs would cost $250 and he approved the work. He said the next day he went back to the business to pick his vehicle up and this business told him that his vehicle was not fixed and it would cost an additional $250 to fix the problem. He said he will not recommend this business based on this experience.
