I have spoken with Sidagond Byadagi since his service visit. It appears during our inspection that his air filter was not properly positioned. He had his vehicle inspected at Honda and they indicated it was not a serious issue, just a matter of repositioning the air filter. I have apologized for the issue and offered for him to return whenever he needs. We do try to take the best care when serving our customers on each visit.
