I decided to change dealerships(Bob Bridge) due to the poor customer service I had experienced recently(Had been a very loyal customer of that dealership for 15 years, in both their service department and in sales, buying three trucks from them) Trying Micheals for the first time,I was very impressed with Richard and staff in the service department. I will definitely be coming to Micheals from now on for service and future truck purchases. A+ to Micheals Toyota!
