I came in for a scheduled oil change and detailing on my car. While working on the car I was called and offered to have my air filters replaced. I definately appreciate them calling and giving me opportunity to decide what I wanted. They also told me that they preferred to have the car for more time, as they didn't want to rush the detailing work on the car. I was given a loaner car for a day, which was really painless. I got shuttle service to and from work for the first day. Overall great service.
