I planned my day around getting my car serviced and knowing that my car gets normally washing during the service. Not only did the service take longer than was quoted to me, I was handed a dirty car. So then I ended up being late for other things because I then had to find time to have my car washed. While I appreciate the free car wash coupon, that doesn't give me an extra 45 minutes in my day. Time is money! If I had been told this was happening ahead of time I could of planned accordingly.
