Casey said this business forgot to replace his oil gasket on the oil pan of his vehicle when they did his oil change. He said the oil gasket was really the thing he needed for his vehicle. They should read the work order back to their customers, so it is clear to them what they wish to be done on the vehicle. They were able to fit him in for the work, and they were busy. He said they are thorough, and honest.

Tristan said his vehicle is still not fixed and he has been to this business about 5 to 8 times. They have charged him hundreds of dollars for work that was not valuable for his vehicle. It has been a total disaster and they don't know what they are doing.

"Communication ruined this whole experience."
I don't doubt that your technicians did an "ok" job on my husbands car, however, the customer service was so poor that I will never return nor refer anyone to this autobody shop. I felt like I was being nickled and dimed the entire time and I couldn't trust whether or not what I was being told was truthful. This is not the way I want to feel about the garage that I take my car to and trust to keep my vehicle in working order and my family safe.

"Timely repairs"
Due to my business, I couldn't be without my vehicle for any length of time. Mastertech planned the repairs so that I only lost half a day!

"Repairs "
Truck broke down.needed alternator,Battery, Belt. End up cisting 827.00 I was in a bind they got me going. Feel it Was pricey. Labor was 150.00. 525.00 for parts was alot. Cost on parts was around 275.00 if that much.typically parts are not doubled. I was in a bind they got me going. Point is, They are not the cheapest place in town.
