"Car repair"
I waited about 25 minutes for a service rep to take the car. I had appt to fix a recall. Had 2 notices both said the same thing. They said 2nd notice required a recall fix for oil something. Appreciate that they fixed it. Car was there from 12:55 to 4:00. I know latch hook was a quick fix. No communication. Had to beg twice for updates. They did was the car though.
