Wen I arrived, they didnt accept my oil change voucher cause apprently ur groupon deals have experation dates. So I pay u guys 30 $ for a number of oil changes and u cut me off!! I can only use an oil change as fast as my car needa one. I was not impressed. Also ur employee took advantage of my wife not knowing about cars and told her she needed an air filter immediately. She paid 30 $ for it. I checked it when I got home and it wasnt even dirty because I had it replaced 1 month prior. Needless to say I will not be rwturning and will be telling my friends about the whole experience.

We strive to make sure all of our customers leave happy. We have saved the failed air filter in question for you to view and it is available to pick up.I believe the filter you saw when your wife came home was the new filter and yes it was very clean. I have talked to Bonnie directly and rectified the situation. I will kindly request you rescore us based on the correct information. I have provided the information regarding the Super Saver voucher you purchased from the ad company. I wish I could change the actions of Super Saver and expiration but that is out of my control. We welcome you back as customers and can assure you will always have a pleasant experience.Thank you for the opportunity.
