I was devastated when my Audi had major problems on the way home from JFK airport . I was totally unprepared to take on a new car payment. Every day I anxiously awaited news about my car. It took 7 days before I got a definitive diagnosis. What a nightmare it was to learn that Chris let the transport company take my car without my permission!

It was such an easy process. I saw a car I liked on the website. They didn't have it, but knew they had one similar coming in. I tested it, and with some of my input on things I was interested in having, they found another car they had in their Fla. location. They shipped it up for me, I tested it and bought it. They were able to get great financing for me. And like I said in the title, no shenanigans. At no time did the proverbial "fight or flight" feeling kick in that usually does at other dealerships. I highly recommend going to North Bay Imports!

Spoke with Lori. She said the gentleman she worked with at this business was very nice, helpful, and not pushy. She said he was very knowledgeable about the type of vehicle she has. This business provides excellent service.

Mark said the business did some damage to his wheel but he did not elaborate any further.
