Big Repair Came in Under Estimate
The brake lines needed to be replaced on my car. This is time-consuming, complicated work. The mechanic at North Gary Auto Care gave me a range of what it might cost. I came in a couple days later expecting to pay at the top end of the range or higher, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had beat the low end of the range. I'm very grateful!

The thing that i like the most about your shop is that there are never any surprises.
I've had my wife's Camry in for service and also my Mitsu-Montero and the service and honesty is top notch, i wish i would have found you earlier. You were recommended by John at Lube Pros and i'm grateful to him for having steered me in the right direction. And on a side note i sure do love your fresh eggs! M. Di Giulio

Very reliable, long time customer
I have been a customer for a long time and the service provided is honest and the employees are very considerate. They try to make repairs right and stand behind their work. They go the extra mile to please their customers and that seperates them from other repair facilities that are out for the dollar only. It's important for North Gary Auto Care Center to retain their customers as they are very pleasant to work with at the same time being professional and fair.
