As a long term customer I continue to have my cars serviced by North Gary Auto because the service personnel do quality work, are honest and up front. Through the years of doing business I have have built a very good relationship with the personnel that work there. The more they work on your cars the more they understand the repairs needed for your cars. It's kind of like going to your doctor on a regular basis for check ups, etc. They work with you on repair prices and are usually fair in their price estimates. I will say their prices are competitive, not the cheapest but fair and because they know you personally and your car's history of service they go the extra mile and you get what you pay for.
