Yipping said the service turned out exceptional and it was done very quickly, which he really appreciated. When he was paying his bill at the front counter there was a key chain right by his elbow. The manager looked at it and asked him if it belonged to him, he was honest and told him it did not. This key chain, it turns out, is something a customer gets when the customer becomes a member, which gives discounts and specials. The manager did not offerer to tell him anything more about it or even taking a witty approach to get him to become a member. He did not understand this and he does not feel he was treated like a valued customer. If that would have happened he would have been very glad to recommend them to his friends, but for that reason he would not recommend them. They did however, take really good care of his vehicle.
