Getting warranty and maint work done
I had an unusual problem in the steering that I could not describe exactly and most people excused it away. A tech took a test ride with me, he still had a doubt but researched in the recall databases or whatever. He did find a problem re: a recall part and made all arrangements to get it ordered and installed. It made a great important - thank him for his throughness.
