Larry said that he felt out of the loop in regards to communication with Mark, who was doing the work on the vehicle. He mentioned that upon asking questions, he felt as if he were annoying him. He also mentioned that the business could serve him better by increasing communication and researching their vehicles for sale. Note customer did say yes to completely satisfied.
