Linda said she did not rate her overall experience with this business higher than a 4 because of the following. She stated she always has to initiate phone calls to this business for a status report regarding her RV, because no one ever calls her to let her know what's going on. She mentioned she dropped her RV off on a Tuesday and thought she was getting it back on a Friday, even though she had told this business to keep her RV as long as they had to. Because parts had to be ordered, this business had her RV for an additional week, which she didn't have a problem with. Linda commented she was not completely satisfied with her service advisor's communication because Linda had to initiate all of the phone calls. She suggested this business could serve her better by improving their communication, and calling her with status reports. Linda concluded the above issue isn't a big deal.
