Ragina said the business personnel did a good job, but she was not satisfied with the communication between her and her service advisor. She brought her horse trailer in to have the brakes checked. She was given an estimate of $800. She said that was really expensive. She said she wanted a different pig tail on it. They said $125. She said if this job goes over $250, please call me. They called and said it was going to be $475. She said oh, that was too expensive. So, she let the trailer sit for three or four days. Then she talked to a supervisor or manager. He said we will reduce the price to $201. That made her very happy because she could afford that price. Ragina would recommend that there be better communication with the customer and the business personnel.
